Since I started drinking these instant cereal milk drinks as pre-workout, I feel more energetic during my exercise. And they save me a lot of time too as I only need to drink this wholesome beverage from the can. Taste delicious. My favourite is the chocolate one. Other variants available are sweetcorn and banana.
