What you need: 2 cups of Love Earth Organic Jasmine Rice 4 cups of water (usually I agak-agak with finger, the traditional way) 1 tbsp Cooking oil Love Earth Mushroom Seasoning (to taste) Love Earth Crispy Chili Flakes (to taste)
Direction: 1. Rinse the 2 cups of Love Earth Organic Jasmine Rice with water a few times. 2. Add water to the rinsed rice and sprinkle Love Earth Mushroom Seasoning. 3. Cook the seasoned rice in a rice cooker. 4. Once the rice is cooked, add 1 tbsp of cooking oil and use a spatula to squash the rice until it becomes smooth. 5. Brush a thin layer of oil on tray. 6. Transfer the rice onto the oiled tray. 7. Use a spatula to flatten the rice and let it cool. 8. Let the rice cool for 3 hours before cutting it into small cubes. 9. Serve the small cubes of rice with Love Earth Crispy Chili Flakes.
