It was such a pleasure to be able to dine at Kontiki @ The Federal KL again!

Mein Mein and I had a great “buka puasa” experience, with so many varieties of traditional Malaysian cuisines alongside with some Japanese and Western dishes.

To name a few, there are many local favourites: Curry Fish Head, Roasted Lamb, Chicken and Beef Satay, Ayam Percik, Sup Tulang Special, Lemang and Ketupat, Dim Sum, Yong Tau Foo, Roti Canai, Murtabak and many more. Other mouthwatering delicacies include Assorted Sushi and Sashimi, Chicken, Beef, Lamb Shawarma, Salad and Rojak, Tiger Prawns and Half Shell Mussels and many more. Customize Gifts for Your Loved Ones

I have just received some customized gift items from #Printcious

It’s so amazing as I can design my own t-shirt, coffee mug, canvas print and tote bag. This time, I chose my own physical & mental health theme for the designs. There are many more items available on the website.

For my t-shirt, I design a small box with the alphabets of my name on Printcious’ own website. It was pretty direct and easy to use. The instructions are straight forward to help me to do the design step-by-step.

For my coffee mug, I include the #hooponopono phrases on it. To remind me every morning, to read it at least once a day, for clearance and inner peace.

I chose my favourite picture of me doing a tree pose, taken in Taman Negara last year. I love it very much!

And as for my tote bag, I picked a design available on the website, with the phrase “Sweat is Just Fat Crying”. Hahaha! This is to remind me to exercise regularly.

I love my customized gifts very much. I think this is so suitable for any one and any occasions, like birthday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Teacher’s Day and many more. Can customized the items with designs based the preferences of the gift receiver.

Mexican High Tea at TRACE, Element Kuala Lumpur

It was an instant “level-up” experience dining at TRACE @elementkualalumpur . Located on Level 40, I had their Mexican High Tea which is available on weekdays from 1PM to 5PM. I really enjoyed the good food served, with a splendid city view.

This high tea set includes appetizers like Taco Salad, Torched Chicken Chorizo & Cheese Sandwich, Mexican Beef Tacos and Lime, and main course like Skewers Sensation of Honey Chipotle Chicken, Carne Asada Beef and Grilled Vegetables with Cilantro Lime Dip, Chimichurri and Piquillo Salsa, served with Smokey Mexican Rice & Corn and Potato Mash. For dessert, they serve Churros with Salted Caramel Sauce, Mexican Flan, Margarita Cheesecake, Froode Chocolate Trifle, Raisin Scones with Whipped Cream and Strawberry Jam.

The Mexican High Tea is available until 31 May 2022 at RM138 nett for two.

Berbuka Puasa at Nostalgia @ Café on 12

It was such a pleasure to be invited to the launching of Nostalgia @ Café on 12 at @ideaskualalumpur. The Ramadan buffet spread is amazing! Some many mouthwatering local and international delicacies and desserts.

I really enjoyed their Gulai Kawah Daging, Daging Palembang, Kambing Kashmiri, Ayam Masak Rose, Pajeri Nenas Utara and Sotong Goreng Pedas, just to name a few. They do serve other cuisines too like pizza, pasta, fried soft shell crab, fresh shrimps and mussels, salad and sliced cured meat, cakes and kuihs and many more.

Their Ramadan buffet is available daily from 6 April – 1 May 2022, 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm at Café on 12. The buffet is priced at RM128.00 nett per adult and for children at RM64.00 nett, while for senior citizens at RM85.00 nett.
