Mini Snowskin Mooncakes Recipes (Durian/Low Sugar Lotus Paste)

A simple recipe for those who want to try making their own mooncakes (but not from scratch). Get some ingredients online and here we are!

Snowskin ingredients :
340gm of snowskin mooncake pre-mix
68gm of shortening
250ml of cold water
Food colouring

Fillings :
Low sugar lotus paste
Durian flesh

Supporting ingredient :
A little bit of flour (fried until yellowish)
Each mini mooncake is about 50 gm.

At times when I don’t feel like eating heavy lunch/dinner, I’d always find some easy-to-make meals.
