A trip to Baling would not be complete without a visit to Ulu Legong Hot Spring Recreational Centre. Escape the ordinary and dive into the natural haven of Ulu Legong Hot Spring Recreational Centre, located in the picturesque Baling, Kedah. Only a 2-hour drive covering 116 km from Alor Setar, this natural gem is a mere 30-minute drive (22 km) from the heart of Baling Town.

The Main Attractions
Discover a haven boasting nine hot spring pools, each ranging in temperature from a mild 30 to a soothing 70 degrees Celsius. But Ulu Legong is not just about the pools—it offers a complete experience. I noticed that the later, the bigger the crowd here. Mostly are locals that come in groups and big families with kids and elderly.

Facilities Beyond the Springs
Ulu Legong Hot Spring goes beyond being just a hot spring destination. From hawker centers to holiday villas, 24-hour FREE car parks, food courts, souvenir shops, children’s playground, surau, outdoor gym, well maintained changing room and toilets, and even exclusive pools for women. It’s a holistic destination with something for everyone.
