Why can life be like this?

I’m wondering why my life is so sickening? My work is so "demanding" as in my boss wants us to give everything (time, effort, passion, desire & etc) to the company without getting anything back as a token of appreciation. I feel so restless and tired of doing meaningless job… This road is so hard to go through (WITHOUT hard cash $$$)
