Mexican High Tea at TRACE, Element Kuala Lumpur

It was an instant “level-up” experience dining at TRACE @elementkualalumpur . Located on Level 40, I had their Mexican High Tea which is available on weekdays from 1PM to 5PM. I really enjoyed the good food served, with a splendid city view.

This high tea set includes appetizers like Taco Salad, Torched Chicken Chorizo & Cheese Sandwich, Mexican Beef Tacos and Lime, and main course like Skewers Sensation of Honey Chipotle Chicken, Carne Asada Beef and Grilled Vegetables with Cilantro Lime Dip, Chimichurri and Piquillo Salsa, served with Smokey Mexican Rice & Corn and Potato Mash. For dessert, they serve Churros with Salted Caramel Sauce, Mexican Flan, Margarita Cheesecake, Froode Chocolate Trifle, Raisin Scones with Whipped Cream and Strawberry Jam.

The Mexican High Tea is available until 31 May 2022 at RM138 nett for two.

Berbuka Puasa at Nostalgia @ Café on 12

It was such a pleasure to be invited to the launching of Nostalgia @ Café on 12 at @ideaskualalumpur. The Ramadan buffet spread is amazing! Some many mouthwatering local and international delicacies and desserts.

I really enjoyed their Gulai Kawah Daging, Daging Palembang, Kambing Kashmiri, Ayam Masak Rose, Pajeri Nenas Utara and Sotong Goreng Pedas, just to name a few. They do serve other cuisines too like pizza, pasta, fried soft shell crab, fresh shrimps and mussels, salad and sliced cured meat, cakes and kuihs and many more.

Their Ramadan buffet is available daily from 6 April – 1 May 2022, 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm at Café on 12. The buffet is priced at RM128.00 nett per adult and for children at RM64.00 nett, while for senior citizens at RM85.00 nett.

Chilling at Mikaa Cafe

Visited @mikaa.cafe in #OUG, instantly fell in love with its coffee and pastries. The coffee seriously good. Will come back for more.

The Triple Chocolate Walnut Brownie was so rich and chocolatey! Best enjoyed with my iced Americano.

My friend, @walter_x_tang ordered Salted Almond and Sparkling Soda.

Service was very good. The servers actually helped us to move around as we wanted to get the best angle for our shots. Thank you for being so accommodating.

Brunch at Bestow Restaurant in Pudu, KL

Found a restaurant @bestowrestaurant in Pudu lately. It’s located behind Berjaya Times Square. Very good ambiance and service. Super insta-worthy too. You can opt to sit outdoor, indoor, and even upstairs.

I like their beverages. We had Iced Cappuccino and Pineapple and Coconut Smoothie. For brunch, we shared a plate of Salmon Portuguese. Taste, not bad. Portion was actually enough for two of us as we were not too hungry that time.

Planning to return for their pastries and cakes soon. We didn’t get to try any that day as we were really not hungry.
