Steamboat-ing with Colleagues & A Cute Baby…

As planned, my fellow colleagues and I went for steamboat-ing in Yuen Steamboat, Sunway on the last day of March. Mui Mui brought her daughter along. Her name is Shun Yee… A very cute girl… The mother said she looks like her, so that’s why she’s cute… Hmmm… True also~lah…

Honey Cake from Indonesia

Got a surprise gift from a relative – a honey cake from Indonesia… Looks like a big slice of "kuih" to me… tasty and sweet…! Its honeycomb-like texture melts in the mouth once in… Taste even better after reheating it in the oven… Love it! Thanks for the cake ya!!! 😉

Steamboat for Dinner

Pa suggested to have steamboat for dinner… At first, we wanted to have shaved ice in 100 Yen in Taman Desa, so we drove there and coincidentally found a steamboat restaurant called Hao A One Steamboat… RM14.00 per person and any additional plates of fishballs or other kinds of food would cost RM6.50 per plate… Burp! Very full!!! We better skip the idea of shaved ice… Haha! But we had an enjoyable steamboat moment together…

Trying “Little Tree” for Lunch

We went to try their lunch set in Little Tree Cafe in Entrepreneur’s Park this Wednesday. They have 6 choices of main dishes and each comes with a drink (option of lemon ice or jasmine tea).

I ordered the Japanese Seafood Udon while Xon ordered his Yangchow Mango Fried Rice. Pui Wan and Yvonne had both the same dish which is the Tom Yam Meehoon.

Eventually, we found out that their best is their jasmine tea while the worst are all their main dishes. Yes, it’s disappointing, I know. Actually I can still accept the Japanese Udon but then it could be better.

Their set lunch is priced at RM8.90 each (including drink) – RM9.80 after tax.

On the same day, our boss treated us a cheese cupcake each in the office for teatime! Hurray!!!

Trying out KFC a.m. Riser

Had the KFC a.m. Riser set as breakfast just now. Got some coupons with promotional price, RM3.90 for the meal (RM4.10 after tax). The set comes with a burger of a slice of Zinger chicken (half size) and some scrambled eggs plus a cup of coffee. I like the eggs.

Look at the size of the burger!
