The Living Room Festive Buffet
A Yuletide spread of zesty, citrus-infused twists on hearty holiday favourites adds a modern spin to the festive feasts for a joyous celebration at the Hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, The Living Room, this Christmas season.

Diners can whet their appetite with a myriad of starters, such as Home-Cured Salmon Gravlax, a selection of Cold Cuts and Classic Terrine options – Pâté en Croûte, Chicken Meatloaf, Beef Bresaola and more.

Embodying the brand’s commitment to wellness, The Living Room impresses with its offering of hydroponic salad options through its partnership with Cultiveat. The organic salad options include Mesclun, Baby Spinach and Wild Rocket for guests to personally select, pluck and add to their salad creation. The selection of dressings includes an Orange dressing, a citrus-inspired flavour in-line with the theme for the holiday season, as well as Lemon Vinaigrette, and traditional Balsamic, Honey Mustard and Caesar Dressing options. A Parmesan Wheel will also be available for diners to toss their own Caesar Salad.

For fans of seafood, the chefs will not cease to amaze you with their bounteous offerings of Seafood on Ice with Mud Crabs, Black Mussels, Prawns, Lip Mussels, and Clams for an indulgent feast.

Taking centre stage at the buffet are the meat offerings at the carving station. Orange Roasted Whole Chicken and Spice Crusted Roasted Lamb Leg, Sticky Barbeque Beef Ribs and Salmon Coulibiac are amongst the offerings.

The star of the buffet this year is the 24-hour Slow Roasted Steamship (whole round) Beef Leg with Yorkshire Pudding and Grilled Vegetables. Complementing the succulent meat offerings are a host of accompaniments including Caramelized Vegetables and Apple Chestnut Stuffing, Parsley Potatoes, Roasted Provencal Vegetables and Brussels Sprouts, with an array of sauces – Mushroom, Cranberry, Natural Jus, Dill Cream, English Mustard and Horseradish Sauce.

Highlights from our Artisan Bakery includes Walnut Raisin Baguette, Golden Brioche Roll, Stollen, Panettone, and Gingerbread Man.
