Raya Open House @ Ezwan’s

Just got back from a Hari Raya open house by Ezwan. It’s in Bukit Putera Mahkota… It’s so near to Nilai 3 that the whole journey there reminded me of my first working experience in Nilai 3 four years ago… Anyway, I would like to extend my gratitude to Ezwan and his family for welcoming us to their open house and giving us such hospitality while we were there.

What I like the most about open house is the traditional Malay food. This is even better that Ezwan’s mother cooked herself to cater every guests in the house. Lemang, ketupat, kuah kacang (my personal fav), sambal sotong, kari ayam, serunding (another of my personal fav), nasi jagung, karipap and kuih-muih… Gosh, it’s such a gastronomical experience!

Ezwan, the host hanging around with us…

Ezwan’s father did a great job to their house in giving a magical touch to its landscape and interior design… Job well done! I love this carp fish pond… There a see-through glass on the floor in the room itself!

Water fountain…

Us in the greens…

Look! There are grapes hanging in the vine!

Thanks Ezwan for the treat! I won’t forget you during my house-warming party… Datang tau?! 🙂

Selamat Hari Raya…
Kepada saudara serta saudari…
Setahun hanya sekali…
Merayakan hari yang mulia ini…

Wishing all my Muslim friends Selamat Hari Raya
& Maaf Zahir Batin…

Website Review : Propwall

Propwall is a property website which I find it quite interesting, especially for those who are looking for a house, condominium, apartment, shop lots, office or even factory. They’ve done a great job in compiling a whole bank of database of properties where we can search for information. The interesting part is that you can do a search of your own desired property and its information will pop up in no time!

Besides that, you may also search properties according to your desired area. For instance, if you are looking for properties in Mont Kiara area, all you need to do is to key-in the some keywords (e.g. : Mont Kiara) in the search engine and the list of properties will appear in the next minute. Isn’t that easy?!

After clicking on the link of your preferred property, they will display details of the property and its features. Some may come with pictures as well. Actually, the part I like the most is the pictures included. They give me an idea how the property would look like and what to expect from it, before going there to survey the property physically.

Some picture guides :

Step 1 : Key-in "Mont Kiara" in the search engine.

Step 2  : List of properties in Mont Kiara appears.

Step 3 : Click on one of the properties and view its information & pictures.

View the Top 10 properties in Mont Kiara in Propwall :

1. Kiaraville

2. Mont Kiara Damai

3. Kiara 1888

4. Kiaramas Ayuria

5. Kiaramas Sutera

6. Kiara Hills

7. Hijauan Kiara

8. Kiaramas Cendana

9. Kiara Designer Suites

10. Mont Kiara Sophia

There’s also an “Answers” tab which link you to some frequently asked questions and answers posted by some prospects, owners and other users of the site. It’s similar to a forum for the website users to discuss about properties. Quite interesting.

Snap-othon @ Putrajaya on 2 Syawal

It’s another busy day… snap snap snap…! This round with a couple who uses normal digicam and wanted to compare the photo quality between those taken with DSLR and normal digicam… I was like, "HUH?! OK…"

But, personally, I think that a camera is just a tool to take pictures… Good pictures are always taken with skills…

First station – Taman Botani… Upon reaching, there’s this entrance to some Islamic-influenced architectures… Really beautiful…

The entrance… to another entrace… to another entrance… to another…

Beautiful background… of coz, Mein is beautiful too! (just to be on the safe side)

As it was Raya, there’s nothing that we could do except snapping along the way and walking around the gardens… under the sun…

Further up, we walked near a lake and saw this little kid playing with his toy car… But unfortunately, he broke one of the wheels… *sob sob*

What are these??? A row of hardworking ants… Raya pun kena kerje? Kesian betul…

Tree roots…

I like this the most…

Mein loves this the most…

The great route to an end… Be careful not to let the lightning struck you!

Loving couple @ Taman Botani, Putrajaya… Menyampah tengok muka dua orang ni… Hehehe… Jangan jealous!

In Shangrila Hotel…

Storks and birds in Wetland…

On the Observatory Tower… Look far and away… You will see this :

Putrajaya view…

A group of new friends…. actually tak kenal pun… But still we smiled and waved at each other… How warm…

Well, our day in Putrajaya has ended and you know what? We’ve come to a conclusion : There are really good infrastructure built for us. BUT, the maintenance is really BAD! Come on. Look at the storks and the trees. They were all so malnutritioned… And there are too many dead ends without any signs for drivers to be aware of… Also, remember this – THERE IS NOTHING IN TAMAN RIMBA ALAM EXCEPT A DEAD END…
