Image

To ease the process of looking for cars, one may go to the Internet to survey around for the best vehicle which suit their needs and lifestyle. Have you heard of Carsifu.com? It is basically ‘classifieds’ website for vehicles of many brands, ranging from Proton and Perodua to Mercedes-Benz and BMW. Not only you can search for new or secondhand cars available for sale, you can also sell your car there. Just register yourself and login.

In the website, there is a hire purchase calculator which helps you count out the monthly installment you need to repay for your purchase. It helps save a lot of time and trouble. Also for interested or potential customers, all you need to do is to click on the link to the vehicle you prefer and fill out the contact box to the seller. The seller will contact you back for further details. This is something similar to iProperty website.

As a proud owner of a Toyota Avanza, I enjoy driving an MPV very much. Not just it is spacious enough for a family of six, it is also convenient to transport my luggage and stuff whenever I travel outstation. Driving a bigger vehicle is now my personal preference.

With Carsifu.com, I think it would be easier for me to hunt for my next car (soon). Let us say, I am looking for Toyota Vellfire. All I need to do is to make a search of brand and the model and the whole list of Toyota Vellfire will appear. I could even narrow down my search by selecting different production years.

Definitely, there are much improvement the website could do in the short future. For instance, it would be helpful if the website could offer an advanced search feature by adding on search details like Colour, Displacement (CC), Steering Wheel, Auto/Manual, Airbags and other specifications to help users shorten their searching process.

A Short Break @ G Cup Tea

After window shopping for almost ONE full day in Kenanga Wholesale Centre, we finally stopped at a bubble tea kiosk called G Cup Tea. Yes, it’s specialty is the G Cup sized bubble tea. And it’s on Buy-1-Free-1 promotion. So, what more? Just grabbed one (and one) for ourselves.

Look at the G Cup sized and the regular sized tea… I opted for the bigger one…

Unbalanced… holding up my cuppa Honey Milk Bubble Tea with Pearls (G Cup) and a smaller cuppa Winter Melon Tea…

PropWall is Awesome!

PropWall is always the best site for prospects that are looking for properties; be it for rental or purchase. I know it is one of my first websites I visit whenever I want to know more about the property market. Also, I would definitely introduce it to any of my friends who are in-search of a ‘nest’. Not only they have apartments, condominium, landed properties and shops, they also have land and factory in their list! Impressive! It’s impossible not to get any information on your preferred type of properties in PropWall. Who knows, your first house might be through PropWall.

By the way, if you are selling or renting out your property, PropWall could also be your choice. You can upload information and photos, and wait for your prospects’ calls. Isn’t that easy? There are almost 150,000 for sales classifieds and almost 90,000 for rent classifieds on PropWall now from all states in the country. This is another way to sell or rent out your properties and the best is, it is agent-free! No hassle.

It is never easy without a search engine when you are literally “searching” for something. Fortunately, you can do that by entering keywords into their search engine to quicken your searching process. For instance, if you are looking for a house in “The Westside One”, just type it into the search engine and results will appear in no time. You can also make more accurate search by selecting “Properties”, “Classifieds”, “Photos” or “Answer”. It actually helps to stream down your search.

There are more than 240,000 property photos on their site. Quality photos are uploaded to share with interested purchasers or tenants for convenience. Not only they do not have to go to different places, all they need to do is view the photos of their preferred properties. Things couldn’t get simpler with PropWall.

Wow! CariBilik.com is now known as iBilik.com.

This website has been a useful tool to those who are looking for rooms for rent in the whole Malaysia as well as owners who wanted to rent out their properties.

In the newly revamped site, it looks like there are more locations available for users to choose from, basically, all the states in Malaysia with Kuala Lumpur having the most rooms available followed by Selangor. Also to highlight is that you can actually search and filter your search according to your own criteria. CariBilik is now in Indonesia

It is surprising to know that CariBilik has developed into such a handy website. It not only helps people find rooms for rental, it also help house owners to advertise and publicise their house. In such a short period, CariBilik has grow to our neighboring country, INDONESIA!

I believe CariBilik just stepped in into the Indonesian market. Therefore they only have a few rooms in the list. However, I don’t see any trouble for them to expand quickly, like how they did well in Malaysia.

The best thing about CariBilik is that you can actually search for a room in your desired location or area. For instance, if you are looking for a room in Jakarta, just click on the link and the screen will show you the whole list of rooms available in Jakarta. You can even narrow down your search by filtering according to gender, Muslim or non-Muslim and other criteria in the drop down menu.

You can also become one of their fans in Facebook by clicking the “Like” button on their website. This is the power of social network. And don’t missed out becoming their Twitter follower. Get updates and stuff from CariBilik almost instantly with these technologies!

So, whenever you have a friend asking you “Ada kamar untuk sewa?” (Any rooms for rent?), the answer would be CariBilik.
