Looking for Properties in Singapore?

I just came back from Singapore. Coincidentally, I came across this website about properties in that country. Its interface is rather simple and less filled with overloading animations and graphic. It is plain, simple but yet, functional (to me at least).

If you are looking for some properties in Singapore, you may want to try this page. Just click on Singapore Properties and you will be linked to the website. On its main page, they have their featured properties as well as their top props which help to shorten your browsing time. You can also search properties according to your desired areas or districts.

I know buying a property is not like buying vegetables in the market. You will have to survey all possibilities before commiting yourself to one. The great tip here is to view some of the pictures of the desired property before going to its actual location to save your time (and the agents’/owners’. Believe me, they will thank you for that!).

However, I find the website too simple and dull. It looks incomplete and less interactive.  I believe they are doing something about its overall look and feel. It is still at its beginning stage of development. So, do look forward for a better version in the nearest future.

Review : Proton Cars for Sale

I came across this website called Carsifu.com and found out that they have quite a number of interesting Proton cars available for sale. I do not know about the condition of those cars but I think it is quite a not-to-be-missed site as it provides convenience and efficiency. If you are someone looking for a car (be it used or new), try survey this site as you might want to know the market price for the car you are looking for.
Besides Proton, you will be surprised to see the various types of cars listed such as Perodua, Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, MINI, BMW and even, Mercedes-Benz! I think it’s worth a try to always drop by to check out their latest stock available. You might find what you need here!
Also if you are planning to sell out your car, they do have this service as well. It is like a classified ad. Just register and add your car in their list. Your property will be seen by their visitors and who knows, someone interested could be calling you soon.
Their list of cars is also categorized into a few areas around Malaysia like Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor and others.  You can always look for a car near your location.

A New Blog in Town – Mont Kiara Blog

I have come across this blog called Mont Kiara Properties. I find it very much informative and useful, especially for those who are looking for properties around Kuala Lumpur area. There are a few posts in the blog which actually grabbed my attention. Read “Mont Kiara vs KLCC – Which is Better?” and “Investing in KLCC Properties – Pros and Cons”. You will find a whole list of important facts and points for your consideration and evaluation to help you in making decision to purchase a property in KL. The blogger also shares his/her thoughts on the topics above.

For people who are looking for properties in KL for investment, you guys might want to have a glance at this blog first. It may not be the best one but it is one of the useful ones I prefer. Learn New Words : 羊尾 x= 阳萎

OMG!  I am soooo sorry… 😛
