It is not easy to find for a suitable property for yourself and family. There are so many things to be taken into consideration before you sign on the dotted lines and call yourself a property owner. There are a few types of property purchasers in the market that I could think of.

 

Number 1 : Those who want to buy for own self and family.

Number 2 : Investors who are rich enough to own more than one property. They buy, they rent out or they sell. It’s that simple.

Number 3 : Expats who come from foreign countries and stay here to earn a living.

 

Which ever type you fall under, it is not an easy task to find one as you may not have the correct source and media. You can always assign a sales agent or agency to help finding a house of your dream for you. Of course there will be costs incurred for doing the searching jobs on your behalf.

 

Thanks to the development of information technology, we have the Internet now which we can fully utilize in our life. Looking for a property becomes easy when you can actually browse for one online, while sitting comfortably in your room.

 

All you can do now when you want to find a property for sale, just go online and start searching. You may find your dream home for yourself and family without any hassle.

Website Review : Propwall

Propwall is a property website which I find it quite interesting, especially for those who are looking for a house, condominium, apartment, shop lots, office or even factory. They’ve done a great job in compiling a whole bank of database of properties where we can search for information. The interesting part is that you can do a search of your own desired property and its information will pop up in no time!

 

Besides that, you may also search properties according to your desired area. For instance, if you are looking for properties in Mont Kiara area, all you need to do is to key-in the some keywords (e.g. : Mont Kiara) in the search engine and the list of properties will appear in the next minute. Isn’t that easy?!

 

After clicking on the link of your preferred property, they will display details of the property and its features. Some may come with pictures as well. Actually, the part I like the most is the pictures included. They give me an idea how the property would look like and what to expect from it, before going there to survey the property physically.

REAL DEAL COMBO MEAL!

Went to buy nasi lemak for breakfast just now. There’s sotong curry, potato sambal, some vege and as usual, satu biji telur! It cost me RM5.30 for it. I told to myself, "Oh, how expensive!"… When I started to dig in, I find it difficult to finish all at one go… Too big portion. Well, I’ll save the leftovers for lunch then… Now, I think it’s worth it. It only cost RM2.65 per meal today! Great! This is what I call – REAL DEAL COMBO MEAL!
