There are too many choices to make in life! Whether it is big or small… Sometimes, we tend to forget that the first choice of a thing in life might affect the next step in the future. Sometimes, it is easy to make a decision. Sometimes, it is hard. Sometimes, it is wrong. Sometimes, it is right. No matter what decision u make now, never regret it in the future for the decision u’ve made is the choice u’ve chose…

My Latest Situation

To me, money is the most important substance of life. With money, one can have a very wonderful life. One can get whatever he/she likes. One can provide a great life for his/her family. Without it, one can suffer like hell. That is why people kill themselves! Pressure. Stress. How to cope with all this?!

In this era, there is no way one can live without money. Even a plate of economic rice is not that economical nowadays! There are a lot of things in life which are unexpected. With all these unexpected situations coming up, one might not have the ability to cope with what’s happening out of a sudden… financially. Even if one has already prepared himself/herself, the unexpected will always come out of a sudden.

I hate being trapped in this kind of situation. It is too hard to accept. It is too hard to strengthen my financial status now. How can I build up my financial status now? I have friends involving themselves in direct selling, multi-level marketing, insurance and investment. These are the few choices out of so many choices in the world to build up a basic financial foundation. For me, I have yet to get involved in one. I have been trying to getting involved in multi-level marketing but it is not as easy as they claimed. It will always come back to direct selling even if we knew it is not as similar as it seemed to be. But I doubt it.

What will I be in one year time? In five years time? In three years time? I am really in a very hard situation. I have a family, a future wife and myself to choose. Which one is my priority? I felt like bursting out sometimes. I don’t know how to cope with this stress now.

Sejak kebelakangan ini, hatiku yang pecah bagaikan kaca terjatuh atas lantai kembali pulih. Hatiku semakin terbuka semula kepada Siti… Aku semakin memahami pilihan Siti. Siapapun yang dia pilih, itu tiada kaitan dengan saya. Yang penting, Siti jangan berhenti berjuang demi industri seni muzik Malaysia.

Sleep Early – Wake Up Early

Do you know that during our sleep, our body is doing its work actively to maintain and repair its functions. There are different time frames for different functions.
 
9 pm – 11 pm
Time for eliminating unnecessary / toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). We should spent the time realxing or listening to music. If you are still keeping yourself busy, this will bring negative impact to your body.
 
11 pm – 1 am
Detoxification process in the liver and it is the best time for deep sleep.
 
1 am – 3 am
Detoxification in the gall. Ideally done in a deep sleep state.
 
3 am – 5 am
Detoxification in the lungs. Sometimes you will find some cough sufferers coughing severely during this time.
 
5 am – 7 am
Detoxification in the colon. You should empty your bowel at this time.
 
7 am – 9 am
Absorption of nutrients in the small intestines. You should take your beakfast at this time. Therefore, you should not skip your breakfast.
 
Sleeping is always good for your health but please remember that sleeping at the appropriate time gives the best results. Let’s say if you’ve been awake for the whole night (watching the World Cup or clubbing or something else), you will NEVER get back what you’ve missed out if you’re sleeping. So we should all practice sleep early wake up early to have a better state of health.
