One year to Shanghai

It has been exactly a year the day I went to Shanghai. It was indeed a memorable trip. It was my first flight. My first flight, to Shanghai! Think back of the food there… I really miss the tasty food and soup. Keller, a friend I knew from F1. We’ve been separated for a year but we still keep in touch. I know we will be friends forever. The other Chinese friend, Hai Jin-tao. We’ve lost contact, because I believe that he couldn’t got online often. I’m wondering what is happening to him now. Wish him well.

All in one!!

The boss just asked me to re-edit the advertisement which is already full of words and letters! It’s very packed and unprofessional for putting all those words in ONE page… a very small ad (4 col x 14cm). It looks like a page of news or classified now…
 
The ironic side of it was the boss said this to me:
"Creating an ad is NOT like writing an essay."
???!!!  What’s this???!!!

Cheese Cake…

..:: CHEESE CAKE D’ CHOCOLATe ::..
 
I would like to share my favourite cake with you – Chocolate Cheese Cake. The ingredients that are needed : 10 pieces (or more) of Marie biscuits, a cup of butter/ marjerin, a brick of cheese (the best is the one in silver box sold in any aupermart in M’sia) and also a cup chocolate.
 
First, break the Marie biscuits into tiny pieces or press them into powder-like condition. Melt the butter and pour the melted butter to the biscuit powder. Mix well. Press hard the biscuit powder to the lower part of the bowl. Here, I used a square shaped mixing bowl. This is to form the hard layer of the cake. Put the hard pressed biscuit powder into the fridge for a few hours.
 
Stir the cheese well. Melt the chocolate. The best way to melt chocolate is to put the chocolate in a stainless steel plate. Put the plate on a boiling water without touch the water. The heat will melt the chocolate. Mix the melted chocolate to the cheese and stir well. Pour the mixture onto the biscuit layer. Lastly, put the whole thing into the fridge and leave overnight.

I cut my hair again… BUT…

I’ve just cut my hair again. After discussing which hairstyle to cut with Mein, we’ve finally made up the decision to cut a short and nice style. So, we went in the saloon near my house (which I’ve been there before but the hair-resser didn’t made the style I wanted) I thought I would like to give her another chance. This time, I brought along the picture of the hairstyle which I wanted. GUess what?! The outcome is still very bad and it is too short and way not the one I wanted. I look like a kid now. I hate it and I will not go there again anymore!!!
